G13 is a very cool cannabis club. Located just a few blocks from Sagrada Familia, it’s in a super convenient location for getting high and then sightseeing. If you only went to one cannabis club in Barcelona and it was this one you would be super happy about it. It definitely has the wow factor that many weed clubs in Barcelona are missing.
What really sets them apart from many clubs is their impressive range of cannabis strains. The team that manage the club for its members are obviously passionate about what they do and love their weed. The club very much toes the line between a club for locals and a club for weed tourists. Ultimately the only reason it’s not a little higher up our list is that there are some great cannabis clubs in Barcelona. What Are Your Legal Rights As A Cannabis Club Member?
It’s important to realize that so long as the cannabis club itself is operating within the parameters of the law, then you are protected as as a cannabis club member. You are also required to comply with the rules of the club in order to have legal protections as a member. As soon as you break the rules, then you’re no longer protected as a member of the club.
You have the right to consume cannabis on the premises. It is not illegal for you to consume cannabis in a private space, and a cannabis club is the perfect private, members only spot that you can do that. By consuming cannabis on the premises, you’re not in violation of any Spanish law.
You are also well within your legal rights to join a cannabis club. There is nothing illegal about becoming a member. As we mentioned earlier, there are certain compliance rules as a member (such as discretion, keeping cannabis on the premises etc) that are conditions of being a member. Dr Dou Cannabis Club
The first thing that will strike you when you enter the Dr Dou cannabis club is obviously… “This place has got f**king tyre-swings!” This should give you an idea about how much this club cares about it’s members. It’s a seriously cool Barcelona coffeeshop. The only reason that it’s not a little higher on the list is that frankly, the prices can be a little steep. Not overly more than some other cannabis clubs in Barcelona – but more than the other weed clubs higher up our list.

Barcelona coffeeshop. The name says it all. A fantastic little cannabis club which feels like it has been modelled on the simplicity of Amsterdam coffeeshops. They don’t have pool tables or huge projectors but what they do have is friendly and knowledgeable staff (who seem to speak at least two to three languages). The club is in the Eixample area of Barcelona, so it’s conveniently located.
Compared to other Cannabis Clubs, it does have really good prices. It also has an excellent range of weed strains and some very comfy seating. It won’t blow your mind, but it is a lot better than many other weed clubs in Barcelona. If you are getting membership to a few cannabis clubs in Barcelona then you should put this one on your list. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Barcelona for an extended period of time.
